Je hebt een vast aantoonbaar bruto maandinkomen van minimaal 4 x de maandhuur voor woningen van €800,- tot €1.000,- per maand;
Je hebt een vast aantoonbaar bruto maandinkomen van minimaal 3,75 x de maandhuur voor woningen van €1.000,- tot 1.250,- per maand;
Je hebt een vast aantoonbaar bruto maandinkomen van minimaal 3,5 x de maandhuur voor woningen vanaf €1.250,- per maand
Vakantietoeslag, eventuele 13e maand en vaste bonussen mogen hierin worden meegerekend.
Huur je samen? Het tweede inkomen kan voor 75% worden bijgeteld.
